“The breadth of information that Stevenson provides students is vital for a complete understanding of science as a whole. But most valuable was the accessibility of dedicated professors.

“I came to Stevenson for the class sizes, the chance to interact with professors, and the focus on the sciences. I love my major because it is science-based, but so hands-on. Learning things is much easier when you actually get to do what you’re learning in class.”

Early Childhood Education

The School of Education at Stevenson is unlike any other. As an Early Childhood Education major, I was able to intern in my freshman year, while many other schools do not allow you to work in a school until your junior year. I have worked in two different schools with different age groups. These experiences has really allowed me to see if teaching is the right profession for me.”
